Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, and parts included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@iricosolar.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions by email, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For large, heavy, or battery-related products, please wait for our return instructions before shipping the item back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@iricosolar.com.

For shipping damage, please keep the original packaging and send photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. This helps us evaluate the issue and work with the carrier if needed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your return is approved and received, we can help arrange a replacement or exchange when available.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
